Michael Baird is the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for Girls Scouts of Southeastern Michigan. With more than 20 years experience, he is a highly regarded leader in the field of marketing and communications.
Baird’s professional experience includes serving as Director of Marketing for TOMCAR, LTD, a commercial off-road vehicle manufacturer. He has also worked as Marketing Manager for Fathead, LLC, a specialty online retainer; was Marketing Communications Project Manager for Quicken Loans; and Field Marketing and Sales Manager for Field Entertainment, a producer of live family entertainment.
Michael has extensive experience taking projects from concept to reality. Whether the audience is the off-road enthusiast, or a mom looking for cost-effective family entertainment, Michael knows that the brand is more than a fancy logo and pretty pictures. It’s about creating a great experience. His proven track record of developing marketing solutions that speak directly to the intended audience in meaningful ways, and that produce results, is evidence of his skill, knowledge and ability.
