Prototyping with a Thousand Hands
Join us on Tuesday, October 11th as Paul Moore of Pomegranate Studios presents his take on marketing the intangible.

When people think of the very first ArtPrize, they think of what happened when the event started on September 19, 2009. Most people don’t realize that the six months prior to opening day were an unusual case study in what it’s like to market an idea that won’t exist until your customer builds it for you.

3 Key Takeaways that Paul will address include:
1. Marketing + Prototyping
2. Principles vs. Rules
3. Ecosystems vs. Channels

Speaker Bio
Paul Moore’s career path is continually knocked off trajectory by opportunities for disruption. As an art student, the democratization of filmmaking technology drew him to that field, where he picked up a few awards. As a filmmaker, the idea of democratizing marketing and distribution channels for film drew him to Spout.com, which was also his first professional collaboration with Rick DeVos. As Marketing Director on the original ArtPrize team, he helped launch an event that both enamored and appalled the art world and in one year became the flagship event for a city. As Moore helps the ArtPrize team uncover the implications of that event and build its foundation, he continues his collaboration with DeVos at Pomegranate Studios to discover new disruptions in entrepreneurship.
